why does police keeps shooting unarmed black people?

why are we bombing other countries?
If all lives Matter...
why are we enabling a Genocide?
If all lives matter why NOT provide health care, housing, and education to all
instead of enabling a few to hoard fortunes?
and if you are thinking of reasons...
